NOTHING "FISHY" ABOUT THIS PARTNERSHIP
Flying Fish Studio owner Sue Lotozo has had a relationship with CCA since its birth in 1995. Originally asked to help teach some of its arts programs, Sue reluctantly had to decline. "When it (CCA) first started I was asked to teach but logistically, really couldn't," says Lotozo. Instead, she watched her two girls benefit from its programming.
With her girls now older, Sue has been able to help more. She approached three local artists, Laura McPherson, James Sharpley, and Jenny Cupp, and used their unique designs on t-shirts. "These artists in particular were excited about their designs being turned into a product. The artists are artistic people who are interested in getting art to all people," said Sue.
With each sale, 15% of the profits will be donated to CCA. Each artist has multiple designs available for sale exclusively at the Flying Fish Studio which is located at 130 Park Blvd., in West Cape May, across the street from CVS.
